Kon Tiki Inn

We absolutely loved our stay at Kon Tiki Inn! Debbie and Sean were so friendly and helpful. We had a late check in so they left our key in our room and the lights on for us. The room was beautiful and very well kept, everything was very clean. The pool was clean and sparkling, the deck very welcoming. There was a grill we were able to use which made my husband very happy. We were only there for a weekend but we are already making plans to go back for at least a week!

Thank you Shawn & Debbie for a great stay! We love the hotel, the decor, super clean, amazing experience. Great location on the canal, within walking distance to the bike trail, very near the beach, very near downtown, and a great restaurant just a few steps away. They put a lot of love and effort into their business and it shows through their wonderful hospitality. We plan to return in the future! Thanks again!

This place is amazing ! Check in was easy and the owners are so friendly. The room was perfectly clean and we had a patio. I can’t wait to come back! Also pet friendly and the pet fee was a great price.

Sean and Debbie provide great service. My husband left some things and Debbie called right away and she is mailing them to us. They help out in many ways, including giving us some salt and pepper, coupons for free drinks and a discount at the Old Salty Dog next door (which is also fantastic), and just being generally helpful.

We loved our stay here Dec.28th- Jan. 3rd. Sean and Debbie are so sweet and accommodating! The place is very pretty, about a mile to the beach, & lots of everything, very clean and well kept! We definitely recommend it & would stay here again!!

We stayed at the Kon Tiki Inn and it was truly the best place we’ve ever stayed. The location is perfect—just minutes away from the beach—and the whole atmosphere feels warm and welcoming, almost like being part of a close-knit community. The hosts were so polite and genuinely took the time to talk with us, which made the experience feel personal and memorable. The room itself was beautiful: the bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was spacious with large mirrors, and it had all the little touches that made our stay easy and enjoyable—coffee, plates, utensils, and more. Everything felt thoughtful and well cared for. This is the kind of place you don’t just stay at once—you look forward to coming back again and again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, charm, and a true home-away-from-home experience.

We stayed Kon Tiki Inn while visiting Venice for a couple days and so glad we did! Perfect location to the beach to search for shark teeth! The room had everything we needed. The hospitality was amazing. Shawn and Debbie were great and Annie was a sweetie pie! We would definitely stay here again.

Wow, I took a chance on the 5 star reviews, and to my surprise the stay was amazing. Don't be discouraged by its location when you arrive, its a great place to stay!! Make sure to rent one of their E-bikes, with easy access to Caspian beach, and the hosts were absolutely amazing! As far as the con's it needs better water pressure, and there is a little road noise due to the bridge. Will stay here again!!!

This is an exceptionally clean, well decorated, well run, delightful hotel that offers great value for the money in a great location in Venice. Sean, the manager, is fantastic. Highly recommend this place. Really cannot beat it for the value and it is just really well decorated and renovated.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend getaway and it was fabulous! The hotel is so cute and the rooms were very spacious and super clean. We loved renting the e-bikes and taking the trail to the beach for the day. The owners are so sweet and helpful! We will definitely be coming back!
